can you help me elaborate this please

Based on my first recorded speech I did fairly well. However, there are many things I can improve on. The way I speak can be a bit too fast. I need to slow down and properly pronounce my words. Memorizing my speech to engage with my audience will help in my delivery. I like how I was able to explain my life in two to three minutes. You were able to understand that anything I put my mind to do I will do to the best of my ability.
Even though, my speaker was a bit muffled based on my feedback I could have heard myself well and clearly. I was very concise and clear with my introductory speech straight to the point I would say. I am aware that the first speech is challenging, but keep in mind that I am here to learn and that my classmates and I are all in the same boat. I tried the breathing techniques mentioned in the book that was read to help prepare, and they were helpful in reducing my anxiety.
My speech, in my opinion, was simple to understand, and the excellent finish assisted viewers as well
