Introduction
It’s not just the criminal justice system that needs to be reformed. The entire system is broken and needs to be fixed. That’s why I decided to interview some people who work in it: police officers, judges, probation officers etc. They had a lot more information than I did on how things really work in this country—and they were willing to share it with me!

How long have you worked for your current employer? (5 points)
How long have you been working for this company?
What do you do in your current job? (5 points)
This question is an opportunity for you to learn more about the person who has been nominated for your interview. You may want to ask them questions about their previous jobs and how they feel about working in the criminal justice system. For example, if someone has worked as a police officer before, you might ask them what they did during their time on patrol or what sorts of things they saw while out on patrol. If someone used to work at courtrooms and now works with offenders instead of people accused of crimes (as in this case), then maybe you could inquire whether there are any differences between working at courtrooms versus working with offenders that would make one job better than another?
What made you decide to work in this field? (10 points)
What made you decide to work in this field?
How has your background affected your decision to pursue a career in the criminal justice system?
How did you decide that law enforcement was what you wanted to do with your life? Was there any other career that interested you at the time and why didn’t it work out for whatever reason (school, family, etc.)
Will you discuss the most rewarding aspect of your job? (10 points)
Will you discuss the most rewarding aspect of your job? (10 points)
You will talk about how rewarding it is to help people.
It is important to note that this question should not be asked in an interview setting because it can lead to uncomfortable answers and poor body language. However, if you are conducting focus groups or interviews with clients, this question can be answered honestly without feeling any pressure from your interviewer. If they say they enjoy helping people then there is nothing wrong with including it on an interview questionnaire as long as no one else sees it before he/she leaves the room so they don’t feel embarrassed by what they said during their interview process
Will you discuss the most challenging aspect of your job? (10 points)
The most challenging part of my job is dealing with the public. Sometimes they don’t tell you everything, but it’s always good to ask them questions and get their side of the story. I’ve also had times when people try to take advantage of me, either through bribes or something else like trying to trick me into giving up information about an investigation. Some people are rude and don’t listen when you’re speaking!

These questions were answered
After reading the answers, I was able to see that there were some similarities in the responses. The responses were very similar for all of the questions, but there were also some differences. For example:
“I would like to have a job where I can do what I love and make a difference in people’s lives”
“I want to work in law enforcement because it is an opportunity for me to help people and make a difference”
“I would like law enforcement because as an officer or sheriff’s deputy I will be able to protect my community from criminals with weapons such as guns or knives.”
Conclusion
These questions were answered in a way that is reflective of the kinds of experiences people have when working in this field. I think that it’s important for us to take these answers and analyze them further, so we can learn more about what is going on in the criminal justice system from different perspectives.
