Term paper over international relations in regards to Environmental issues

Going to be a term paper over international relations in regards to Environmental issues 20-25 pages long, sources, MLA format and the dude gives me an 89 B constantly on the papers I get from hereBy March 21st but I neee to turn an abstract in the 6th or 8th.
Instructions : The term paper must be 20-25 pages long (not including title page and bibliography), typed, double-spaced, and using 12-font. The use of footnotes or endnotes is your choice. At least six sources must be used; feel free to cite your texts. You must also include a “Bibliography’ section at the end where you list your sources. Remember this is your own work!
A short one-page abstract (description) of your paper must be turned in to me by and must be well written with the same layout requirements of the main paper. The abstract is designed to get you working on the paper. It will include a statement of what the paper will be about, an outline of the issues involved, and some idea of what your sources will be. Not turning in the abstract will affect your paper grade up to 5%. The abstract must also be turned in with the paper. If you change your mind on the paper topic between the time that you hand in the abstract and the paper itself, you must rewrite the abstract to reflect the new topic.
