Summarize Landmark Experiments

During the course of the semester, we will discuss multiple Landmark Experiments. For this assignment,
you will summarize ONE of the following experiments. I will be looking for the following information in
the paper:

1. Description of the experiment. Keep this BRIEF.
2. The purpose of the experiment.
3. The conclusions drawn by the original experimenter.
4. Current agreements/disagreements to the performance of the experiment and/or the conclusions
drawn.

You are to find a minimum of TWO sources for the paper. One source is provided for you if you wish to
use it. Your sources are to come from peer–reviewed journals or an otherwise reputable source. You may
find these through the Library link in the left–hand map for the course. You are NOT to use Wikipedia,
YouTube, an individual’s blog or vlog.

Your paper will be organized according to the following criteria:
1) Write a minimum 500–word paper. This means your paper must be 500 words or MORE.
2) Use 11–point Times New Roman font and double–space.
3) Include a cover sheet with your name, your instructor’s name, our course’s name and section number,
and the word count.
4) Use appropriate in–text citations and a reference page. All reference material is to be done in APA
format.


When you have completed the assignment and received it back from the writing lab (if you submitted it to
them), upload to the dropbox provided in Canvas by the due date on the class calendar
