There are two Assistant Managers who report to a Store Manager.
One Assistant Manager is generally responsible for inventory control, store appearance, and ordering.
One Assistant Manager is responsible for the people side of the operation, including hiring, promotions, salary issues, and staff reviews.
Both Assistant Managers assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence.

The four Shift Supervisors report directly to the Store Manager and are generally the floor managers responsible for daily operations.
