I’m working on a Management project and need support to help me study.

As a project manager for KBL have been assigned to create a communication plan. BOD’s for KBL wants to be updated on a regular basis and this plan will document strategies for communication. Project team consist of KBL employees as well as employees from the competitor.

1. Comprehensively provided welcome email including guidelines for the project and lists the team members, stakeholders, and duration of the project in a well written communication plan.

2. Comprehensively provided project summary updates to update stakeholders who are not able to attend a project-related meeting and provide status on effectiveness of the project meeting timelines and budget in a well written communication plan

3. Comprehensively provided project closing executive summary to include the overall effectiveness of the project by including a comparison of the budget and the overall project timeline in a well written communication

4.Comprehensively documented how the meetings will occur in a well written communnication plan
