Action research is systemic research designed structurally to point out any issues and plan out a problem-solving solution on circumstances within any organization. The research entails evaluations, assessing, and exploring any areas that need a fresh start or a matter that requires attention to detail. Its also referred to as a cycle of action because it is a step by step from identifying a problem, gathering information, sorting out the statistics, and lounge the plan so new results can be addressed and repeated for improved ones (Adelman, 1993).

Educators are normally the ones leading action research since they are physically working in the organizations that need the attention. In the research, a problem is detected and executed forward to solve the issues at hand. This is also a partake within the participants involved in the research (Lewin, 1993).

Action research fits for an educator because it allows them to reflect on the progress that is happening, what can make it better, how to improve, and continue to improve so that the problem is suppressed.
