Use the following additional information for this assignment:

1. The Initiative/Process for all rows in this assignment is "Execution."
2. Complete the Communication Plan for these 5 Stakeholders/Stakeholder Groups

2. Complete the Communication Plan spreadsheet for each Stakeholder type (above) for the Executing Phase of the Project. During execution, the types of communications change from "awareness," to reporting. Consider the purpose and type of communication that is appropriate for this phase of the project.
3. For each Stakeholder type, you must include TWO (2) types of communication that you would use in the Execution Phase. That is a total of TEN (10) rows of information in the spreadsheet.
4. Complete as many of the columns as possible for each row.
